As part of the Reception team, you will be the first person to greet guests therefore it is vital that this is done with exceptional attention to detail. Responsible for meeting and greeting guests, luggage handling and storage, doorman duties and deliveries.Main Duties:To greet and bid farewell to guests in a friendly mannerSecure and organize storage of luggageHailing taxis when requiredAbility to familiarize guests with the neighborhoodRequirements:Customer Service experienceExcellent knowledge of NYCMust be in good physical condition. Proficient in lifting and handling techniques.
