Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance policies.
Explain policy coverage, benefits, and exclusions clearly.
Process new business applications and endorsements.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales targets.
Requirements
Active California Property & Casualty License is required.
Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience.
Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with insurance agency management software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
