Associate Attorney (Remote Flexible)

Pact is seeking Associate Attorneys with 2+ years of experience practicing corporate law. Ideal candidates are strong contract drafters, highly organized, and able to manage multiple client matters simultaneously. Assist businesses in preventing, navigating, and resolving complex legal issues.

• Provide legal advice to clients regarding various corporate and business matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize business agreements.
• Identify legal or contractual issues and develop thoughtful and solutions-oriented approaches.
• Work collaboratively with partners and attorneys on client matters and assignments to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.

Strong attention to detail and excellent contract drafting abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple client matters simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, timely delivery, and high-quality execution.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Multi-state licensure, or willingness to obtain reciprocity/pro hac vice admission, preferred given attorneys collaborate with clients and colleagues across state lines.

We invite applicants with over 2+ years of experience practicing corporate law at a law firm or with relevant in-house experience to apply. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
● Collaborating with attorneys on client assignments and transactional projects.

Associates are also eligible for significant performance-based bonuses under Pact's compensation model. Bonuses are calculated quarterly based on cash collections, hours billed, and originations.
