Virtual Litigation Paralegal

Munck Wilson Mandala, LLP is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to join the firm’s growing Los Angeles office located in Century City. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of California state and federal litigation experience in a mid to large size law firm supporting complex commercial, real estate, entertainment, employment, and intellectual property litigation matters. This position is primarily in office with flexibility to work remotely as appropriate based on assignments and business needs.

Handle all aspects of litigation support and case management from inception of case to trial, settlement, or dismissal

Calculate, calendar, and docket all litigation deadlines and due dates

Client document collection, organization, and review

Draft and prepare discovery requests and responses

Manage document productions and e-Discovery

Document analysis and redaction of privileged documents

Legal research under attorney supervision

Assist attorneys with various projects as required

At least five years of paralegal experience managing and supporting complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts in California, with paralegal certification preferred

Proficiency with e-discovery and e-discovery platform administration

Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously

Ability to travel as required for client matters (inside and outside California)

The expected base salary range for this position is $85,000 – $130,000. The salary range for this position applies to paralegals in California and based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors, as permitted by law.
