About the Opportunity

Best Medical Center is growing, and we're looking for an Endocrinologist to join our team and help us continue providing personalized, high-quality care to our patients.

We're looking for a physician who enjoys building relationships with patients, working with a supportive team, and having the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an outpatient setting.

This is a great opportunity for an endocrinologist who is looking for a collaborative practice environment, a strong patient base, and the opportunity to grow with an expanding medical center.

What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrinology care.

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of endocrine and metabolic conditions.

Manage patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, obesity, osteoporosis, lipid disorders, and other endocrine conditions.

Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.

Order and review laboratory and diagnostic testing.

Educate patients on their conditions, medications, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.

Work closely with primary care providers and other members of the care team.

Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

Provide ongoing follow-up and continuity of care.

Help contribute to a positive, patient-focused experience.

What We're Looking For

MD or DO degree.

Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency and Endocrinology fellowship.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.

Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patient-focused approach to care.

Comfortable working as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Compensation

Compensation: $225,000–$265,000 annual salary , depending on experience and qualifications.
