Fulltime Dispatcher

Someone that's bilingual (French/English) preferred. In this role, you'll be responsible for organizing and optimizing the daily schedules of our Field Service Technicians to ensure outstanding customer service and efficient operations. You'll help fulfill service level agreements, drive technician productivity, and support the company's overall revenue and efficiency goals. Schedule and route Field Service Technicians based on customer priorities, workload demands, and material availability to maximize efficiency.
Contact customers to coordinate planned maintenance visits and communicate schedule changes professionally and promptly.
Partner with Field Service Technicians to ensure they have all necessary information to fulfill customer requests.
An Associate's Degree preferably in business or communications with a minimum of two years of planning and/or scheduling experience in a service, logistics, or manufacturing organization; Experience in a field service or small business environment or similar industry experience a plus.
SAP knowledge and experience working in the business system.
