Health Technician (Phlebotomist)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinician, who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.

Perform basic approved testing procedures, including routine screening tasks.

Prepare samples and materials for secure andaccuratetransport.

Conduct testing and analytical proceduresin accordance withestablished organizational protocols.

Follow all safety and compliance guidelines, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of potentially hazardous materials, and adhere to standard precautions to reduce risk of exposure.

Complete all mandatory annual training, including (but not limited to) emergency preparedness, safety compliance, harassment prevention, infection control, and hazardous materials awareness.

Use and navigate automated systems and software platforms (such as electronic information or case management systems) to support daily operations.

High school diploma or GED certificate & completion of a NAACLS Accredited or two-part Phlebotomy Program
