Additionally, this job will maintain loan files and documentation in the customer relationship management system. Gather, review, prepare and submit relevant loan information and documentation in order to maintain up-to-date loan files and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Order and review title commitments, real estate title documents, Uniform Commercial Code filings, fixture filings, and other related documents to clear unsatisfactory title exceptions and verify the collateral lien position.
Obtain Evidence of Insurance and verify adequate coverage of structures.
Prepare closing documents.
Work within appropriate systems and with staff to ensure closing documents are prepared timely and according to approved closing instruction letters, approval letters, and commitment letters.
Perform quality control audits of final loan document delivery to Investor and Post Closing Loan Coordinator.
Education Required - High School Diploma or equivalent, or equivalent training and work experience.
Preferred - Associates Degree in business related field.
Experience Required - 1 year' experience in loan processing and/or loan closing or a related field. Experience or exposure with legal documents, title work, and agriculture a plus.
Knowledge of mortgage laws, regulations, principles, policies, and procedures regarding commercial lending.
Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook), role specific software programs (Laser Pro), or ability to learn.
Ability to learn and understand basic knowledge of investor guidelines and legal requirements.
Ability to consistently exhibit qualities consistent with company philosophies to insure exemplary levels of service to all parties.
Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
