Cedar Rapids, IA | Onsite | Contract Position
Are you a detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support onboarding, compliance, and administrative HR functions for a growing organization in Cedar Rapids.
Ensure timely completion and accuracy of new hire documentation
Maintain personnel records and HR data with a high level of accuracy
Monitor compliance with company policies and onboarding requirements
Provide administrative support to the HR team and hiring managers
Handle confidential employee information professionally and securely
Previous experience in HR, recruiting coordination, onboarding, or administrative support
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems/databases preferred
High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
