Maintenance Electrician 3rd shift

West Fraser Timber Co Ltd. is an integrated forest products company producing lumber, wood chips, fiberboard, plywood, pulp, and newsprint. The Electrical Technician will report to the Electrical Supervisor.
Troubleshoot and maintain equipment using programmable logic controllers

• Identify and troubleshoot objects using electrical control schematics
• Field Level Hazard Risk Assessments (FLHRA)
• Electrical circuitry and components, including circuit breakers, motors and controllers, control devices, motor theory, rigging, precision alignments
• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics
• Predictive and preventative maintenance
• Computer and PLC skills
• Able to work on call shifts and work night shifts
