Provide attractive, sanitary and safe facilities to support the strategic objectives of MCC.
Measure and continuously improve quality and benchmark standards and practices against industry leaders.
Develop close, positive communications with departments and occupants
High school diploma or GED.
Possess manual dexterity to mop, scrub, operate equipment and climb.
Must be able to work first, second and/or third shift.
Knowledge of methods, materials, and equipment used in custodial work.
Ability to learn to use a variety of custodial equipment, supplies and materials.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their interaction.
Work independently in the absence of supervision.
Ability to walk, kneel, climb, stand, stoop, crouch, reach, pull and do related physical activities necessary in performing custodial work.

Must be able to work in conditions that include dust, mold and a wide variety of chemicals.

Second shift, 2:30pm-11pm - Monday through Friday.
