Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a member of the Divine Steps Therapy management team and is responsible for clinical oversight of behavioral services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder.

About the Role

We are expanding our ABA company to North Carolina and seeking a growth-oriented BCBA to join our team. The candidate will deliver high-quality clinical services, lead, mentor, and help build a meaningful program as we scale.

Full-time

Salary

$100,000 salary plus bonus structure.

Responsibilities and Duties

Maintain a caseload and help expand in the region.

Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of treatment plans.

Develop individualized goals and objectives for in-home programs and design treatment plans based on functional assessment data.

Provide ongoing program oversight and weekly on-site or remote supervision of RBTs.

Qualifications and Skills

BCBA certification and LBA in North Carolina, already credentialed with Medicaid.

Demonstrated thorough understanding of DTT, NET, and other ABA strategies.

Reliable transportation.

Must pass a background check.
