Role Description We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Charlotte, NC clinic full-time (don't worry, we offer plenty of flexibility with that with 1 "work from home" day every week!) As a BCBA with us, you’ll have the chance to: Design and implement individualized treatment plans that actually make a difference. Collaborate daily with like-minded clinicians who are just as passionate about ABA as you are. Lead and inspire RBTs while enjoying a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
