Post-Acute Hospitalist, Physician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will provide post-acute care in the designated facilities in Las Vegas, Nevada. You are responsible for admissions, rounding, coordinating the patients over all care, diagnosis and treatment, discharging and documenting patient outcomes. Each location will be comprised of 1 physician and 1 advanced practitioner provider, whom you would supervise. Facility is subject to change if there is a shift in the patient volume.
This position includes a sign on bonus up to $25,000.00
Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm / work every 3rd weekend. When working every 3rd weekend, you will cover additional practice locations up to 3.
Night call is one night a week, telephonically. We care about your well-being which is why we provide our caregivers a generous benefits package. MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
Residency training in Family or Internal Medicine
Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine
Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
