Security Officer Access Authorization
As a Security Officer Access Authorization in Albuquerque, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Access Control Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will help manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor alarms, and conduct routine patrols to help deter incidents. Position Type: Full Time
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor entry and exit points, visitor activity, and access control systems; report unusual activity, access discrepancies, and security-related concerns according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
