CNC Machine Operator - 2nd ShiftAre you ready to launch your career in aerospace and defense manufacturing? As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in producing precision components that support cutting-edge aviation and defense technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where quality and precision are paramount.You'll be part of a dedicated manufacturing team that specializes in producing high-tolerance aerospace components. Hours: 2nd Shift; 3:30PM - 2AM, Monday – Thursday (4 10-hour shifts). Compensation in this role will range from $20 to $35 hourly based on experience.What You Will DoOperate CNC machines to produce aerospace-grade components with precision and consistency.Perform routine machine maintenance and report any mechanical issues.Inspect finished parts using measurement tools to verify conformance to specifications.Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize production processes.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)High school diploma or GED3+ years of experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environmentExperience interpreting blueprints and technical drawingsExperience utilizing measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gaugesWhat Will Put You AheadExperience in aerospace or defense manufacturingKnowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)Familiarity with ISO or AS9100 quality standardsAbility to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlinesTechnical certification in CNC machining or related fieldAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
