Champion customer service: Answer incoming calls and communications, always going the extra mile to ensure every customer’s needs are met with urgency and care.

Juggle multiple orders, schedules, and priorities—coordinating with plant managers, drivers, and sales teams to guarantee timely and accurate concrete deliveries.

Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and help implement solutions that keep our operations running smoothly.

Manage customer inquiries, address delivery or quality issues, and turn problems into opportunities to exceed expectations.

Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members to ensure seamless communication and support.
