CMTA Midwest is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer who will provide mechanical services that meet and exceed a client's expectations. They will provide expert advice, make key decisions, and develop highly complex elements regarding mechanical design and project development. This position will guide and direct a team of engineers to ensure a project is completed on-time and on-budget. This position is responsible to grow and develop the mechanical department and continue to build successful client relations. This is an onsite position in our Duluth office.

Positively motivate and review work performed by team of mechanical engineers.

Correctly complete billing and budgeting for a project.

Coordinate services between mechanical engineer team, clients, and other contractors.

Provide descriptive solutions to mechanical design difficulties.

Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work outside normal business hours as project schedules and deadlines require.
