Pay Rate: $33.37 - $45.05/hour PLUS $6.00 Shift Differential for Nights

Relocation Incentive: $10,000 bonus + $1,800/month housing stipend for 3 months (totaling $15,400)

Your Role & Impact As a Registered Nurse on our Labor & Delivery or LDRP team, you will play a vital role in the safe and compassionate delivery of patient care, using your expertise in assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills across all aspects of nursing practice, serving as a clinician, teacher, researcher, leader, and lifelong learner.

You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure every patient receives the highest quality care in alignment with the American Nurses Association standards, the Florida Nurse Practice Act, and our organizational mission and values.

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required. Associates or Bachelors preferred.

Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date. For units that require American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date.
