At Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa, guests enjoy 3.5 miles of beach, scenic marshlands, luxurious oceanfront accommodations, world‑class golf, dining, family‑friendly activities and a full‑service spa.
We offer hands‑on training, growth opportunities, and the pride of working for a company known for exceptional service. Ensure the delivery of parcels, faxes, mail, special deliveries, etc. Ensure that the public areas (lobby) are maintained, clean and tidy by partnering with Housekeeping Department.
Handle special requests i.e. flowers, te legrams, telexes, rental cars, luggage, etc.
Arran ge interpreters, public stenographers, and sight‑seeing tours adv ising of quality shopping areas
Display ability to reliably accommodate varied shift schedule.
To be thoroughly acquainted with all check-in procedures and policies.
Previous luxury hotel experience is required.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for the entire scheduled shift.
Customer service oriented, ability to multi‑task, detail orientation, and excellent organizational skills needed.
Knowledge of Property Management Systems and related computer programs.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.
