About this position CPP Clinics is a leading provider of medical aesthetics services, offering innovative treatments across multiple medspas under the CPP umbrella. Renew You Medical Spa, one of our valued partners, is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join their clinic located in the Northwest Metro.

At ReNew You Medical Spa, we offer many different skin care services to help patients achieve the results they desire. Patient education is essential in helping individuals feel confident about the products and procedures they choose to receive. They should be flexible with scheduling, have strong analytical and decision‑making abilities, and exude a friendly, outgoing demeanor. Additionally, they must be able to multitask effectively, work well in a team, and be comfortable with basic computer and software applications.

This is a full-time position requiring up to 32 hours per week. Answer phone calls, retrieve voicemail messages, schedule appointments, and direct calls to the appropriate staff.

Prepare patient charts and handle all administrative tasks efficiently.

Starting salary at 19$ per hour, plus potential for monthly bonus based on overall clinic revenue growth.

Knowledge of medical terminology, cosmetic procedures, and skincare products is a plus.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service or hospitality setting.

Experience managing phone systems and scheduling in a medical office environment.

Proficiency in computer systems and typing skills.
