Managing Paralegal

Paralegal - Locations: An asset management company is looking to add an experienced paralegal with 2-3 years of experience to their team, preferably in their Denver office but can also sit in their Chicago or Boston location. This position is hybrid, in office 3 days a week.

Provide legal support in reviewing and negotiating investment management agreements and other institutional contracts.

Manage the full lifecycle of intermediary mutual fund distribution contracts, including drafting updates, revisions, and terminations.

agreements for separately managed accounts (SMAs)

Assist with SMA relationship and contract management and maintain and organize contract records within a contract management system.

Coordinate contract execution with internal and external stakeholders as well as information requests and document production for internal audits, regulatory inquiries, or other research needs.

Experience in the mutual fund or broader financial services industry (strongly preferred)

Direct experience with contract review and negotiation

Previous experience working as a paralegal

Paralegal certification required

Advanced computer skills, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
