Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and growth‑oriented Physical Therapist to join our team in Westlake, Texas. Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional outcomes

Provide one‑on‑one, hands‑on treatment sessions

Educate patients on movement, lifestyle modifications, and self‑management strategies

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes

Maintain timely and compliant documentation

Participate in team education and professional development opportunities

Contribute to a positive, supportive, and patient‑centered clinic culture

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree

Current Texas Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain)

Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills

Excellent communication and patient relationship‑building abilities

Passion for delivering exceptional, patient‑centered care

Commitment to ongoing professional growth and learning

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with training or experience in any or all of the following are strongly encouraged to apply:

Pelvic health and pelvic floor rehabilitation

Women's health

Pregnancy and postpartum care

Visceral Manipulation (VM)

Neural Manipulation (NM)

CranioSacral Therapy (CST)

Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS)

Dry Needling

Functional movement assessment and treatment approaches

Orthopedic physical therapy

Persistent pain and nervous system regulation

Return‑to‑sport rehabilitation

Pilates‑based rehabilitation and exercise progression
