Advantage Respiratory Services is a local, independently owned durable medical equipment provider specializing in comprehensive respiratory care for Long Term Care Facilities. We are committed to improving patient outcomes through high-quality service and a dedicated clinical team. This opportunity is within a stable healthcare sector.
We are currently seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our team!
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: Travel to Long Term Care facilities in the region
Employment Type: Full-Time
Conduct clinical assessments and provide respiratory therapy recommendations
Collaborate closely with referring physicians, hospital teams, and facility staff to optimize patient care
Educate Long Term Care staff on respiratory equipment and disease management
Ensure proper setup, operation, troubleshooting, and sanitation of respiratory equipment
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and infection control standards
Accurately document assessments, interventions, and follow-ups in a timely manner
Uphold all HIPAA and company policies and procedures
Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy
Active Ohio License (CRT or RRT via NBRC)
