Temp/Travel -Registered Nurse (RN) HOME HEALTH (Nights)

Registered Nurse - Telemetry (Tele) travel assignment in Claremont, New Hampshire. Weekly pay: $1,889-$1,981 per week. Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM-7:30 AM on a 3x12 schedule. Setting: hospital; Travel - Temporary Assignment.

Contract duration: Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM-7:30 AM), 3 shifts per week

Setting: hospital, medical/surgical with telemetry and PCU considerations

Provide bedside RN care for a mixed medical/surgical population with telemetry monitoring across MS, Tele, and PCU needs

Manage patient loads with acuity-based RN/Patient Ratios (typical 5:1, higher acuity PCU 3:1-4:1) and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team

Document care in the charting system, ensure patient safety, and respond to changes in patient condition

Support independent practice, precept or mentor, and orient to unit procedures as needed

Maintain appropriate dress code (scrubs) and provide care across a wide age range (newborn to geriatric)

Active New Hampshire RN license or multi-state (compact) license; 3+ years of PCU, Medical/Surgical, and Telemetry experience; Telemetry and PCU experience required

Travel experience preferred; Perm address must be included in profile; Experience in rural/small facility settings preferred

Prior MS, Tele, and PCU experience across adult to geriatric populations requested

Access to licensure and onboarding guidance as part of the travel program

Ongoing recruiter and travel support during the assignment

Potential for extension based on assignment needs and performance
