Head of Engineering Programme Management

Join a growing robotics start up company as a Program Manager for an Engineering Fleet in Salem, OR. The ideal candidate has a technical background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and experience with planning and managing a fleet. This is a contract role that could extend and possibly lead to a full time role within the company and the opportunity to work in a very exciting industry with cutting edge technology!
Contract
55 - 60 per hour
Bachelors
Oversee end-to-end lifecylce tracking, state modifications, and configuration management for all physical engineering development assets
Serve as the single authority for deploying fleet assets to project teams, dynamically reallocating resources to match shifting business priorities
Streamline repair intake, partnering with engineering to triage technical issues, manage maintenance, and maximize asset availability
Monitor and report on key operational health indicators - including uptime and reliability - to guide long-term fleet strategy and capital planning
Planning and fleet management experience
Hands-on technical experience within Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
