Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer / Senior Recruiter (Sourcing Focus)

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension)

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong sourcing background to support a growing recruitment organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive sourcer with deep expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and experience partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build high-quality candidate pipelines.

Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and talent market conditions.

Build talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions across various business functions.

Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct candidate outreach, initial screening, and talent assessment activities.

Present qualified candidate slates to recruiting teams and hiring stakeholders.

Maintain candidate information and recruiting activities within ATS systems.

Provide market intelligence and talent insights to support hiring efforts.

Support recruitment initiatives while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.

8 10 years of recruiting and/or talent sourcing experience.

Expert-level experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.

Experience working with Workday or similar ATS platforms.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience with Greenhouse ATS.

Experience recruiting within consumer products, retail, food & beverage, or other product-based organizations.

Focus on strategic sourcing and hard-to-find talent searches rather than high-volume recruiting.
