Litigation & Compliance Attorney

Our staffing firm is partnering with a growing multi‑state law firm to hire a Litigation Attorney licensed in Massachusetts. This role focuses on residential foreclosure and creditors’ rights litigation, offering the opportunity to manage cases from initial review through resolution while working alongside an experienced and collaborative legal team.
Handle foreclosure-related litigation from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, legal memoranda, and correspondence
Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
Manage discovery, including drafting requests and responses, and reviewing documents
Communicate with clients regarding litigation strategy, case developments, and risk assessment
Track litigation deadlines and manage case progression efficiently
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including FDCPA, RESPA, and TILA considerations
D. from an accredited law school
3–5+ years of civil litigation experience
Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and handling discovery
Experience in foreclosure, real estate litigation, or creditor’s rights
Familiarity with FDCPA, RESPA, and TILA claims
