Manager, Sales & Marketing - Strategic New Business Development
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid - Remote work is not available)

---A global leader in polymer-based materials and innovative solutions is looking for a Manager, Sales & Marketing to lead strategic new business development initiatives across the U.If you're an entrepreneurial sales professional who enjoys identifying new markets, developing customer relationships, and launching new business opportunities, this is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on a company's long-term growth strategy.
Japanese language skills are a plus, but not required. We welcome applications from both bilingual Japanese-English professionals and English-speaking candidates with the right experience.
Build relationships with prospective customers, partners, and suppliers throughout the U.Lead projects from concept through commercialization in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business case development
Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic marketing
Experience in plastics, polymers, chemicals, advanced materials, or related manufacturing industries preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with domestic and global teams
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Experience working with Japanese or international companies
