Recruiter, Seasonal (remote)

Working remotely on a seasonal full-time basis, the Seasonal Recruiter will manage the hiring pipeline for warehouse roles by contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Key responsibilities

Source, recruit, screen, and assess a high volume of candidates for various roles

Maintain accurate candidate records and submit weekly hiring data reports

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the hiring process

Required qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1 to 3 years of recent high-volume recruiting experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
