We’re looking for a part-time, onsite recruiter who can help us build the team that powers our warehouse. This isn’t about posting and hoping, it’s about finding the right people, keeping high standards, and making sure we’re ready for growth and seasonal surges.

Own hourly recruiting end-to-end: posting, sourcing, screening, and coordinating onsite interviews.
Build a reliable pipeline of hourly talent.
Partner with leadership to maintain standards and ensure consistency in hiring.
Prepare for seasonal surges (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday) by building a flex pool of part-time and on-demand staff.
Track funnel metrics and retention outcomes to improve quality of hires.
3+ years of recruiting experience (hourly, high-volume, or warehouse strongly preferred).
