We are seeking a dedicated Job Captain with expertise in DSA and K-12 projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the design and delivery of school modernization projects, ensuring that all construction documents are accurate and compliant with regulations.

Lead the production of construction documents for K-12 educational facilities

Collaborate with project architects and engineers to develop project design solutions

Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines

Assist in coordinating with contractors and consultants during the construction phase

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met

Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and team members

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management

Proficient in Revit and other design software

Strong knowledge of DSA regulations and K-12 educational facility design

Experience with school modernization projects and construction documentation
