About This Role Adventist HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for their Home Health division in Rockville. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are passionate about providing compassionate care in a home setting.
Facility: Adventist HealthCare Home Health
Schedule: Full‑time, Day shift
Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $12,000
What You’ll Do Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care in the home.
Document patient care and outcomes electronically.
Delegate and supervise tasks for Home Health Aides and LPNs.
Participate in quality initiatives.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team in patient care planning.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Bachelors in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Experience: 2 years full‑time experience in acute care
2 years full‑time experience in Medical/Surgical or facility nursing within the past 5 years

Licenses & Certifications: Current Maryland State nursing license
