You'll join our team in a smaller hospital setting where collaboration, respect, and a true family feel are part of everyday work. A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

• Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.
• Documents patient care provided.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs.
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
• Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
• Provides quality patient care and works flexible shifts or units as needed.

• Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an Associate's Degree; BSN preferred from an accredited nursing school. ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.
