Bank CSR/Teller

First Southern National Bank is a community and relationship-driven bank serving twelve counties throughout Central and Western KY. Our home office is based in Stanford, with a population of 3,000. The Teller/CSR position serves as the bank’s primary face-to-face representative for most customers. The main focus of this position will be developing relationships, selling products, delivering superior customer service, and pursuing all performance goals and objectives of First Southern.

Provide full-service teller transaction processing in ordinance with company policy and standards.

Open new deposit accounts and grow existing relationships as directed.

Routinely listens to needs while talking with customers. Immediately offer appropriate First Southern products and services to meet those needs.

Know the bank’s loan, deposit, and other product/service offerings and explain them to current and potential customers effectively.

Provide timely, helpful, and accurate responses to customer requests and complaints.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous cash handling and customer service experience.

Strong computer literacy and open to learning new applications.
