Real Estate Paralegal (full time)

What You'll Do:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of residential real estate closings
• Prepare and review closing documents and title commitments
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, lenders, and other transaction parties
• Draft and file legal documents, including deeds, mortgages, powers of attorney, affidavits, and more
• Maintain accurate and complete client files
• Ensure transactions are handled efficiently, accurately, and on schedule

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years of residential real estate closing experience
• Proficiency with Qualia
• Strong familiarity with title insurance basics
• SC Notary Public commission and availability to conduct signings in-office
• Paralegal certification or degree from an accredited program preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple transactions, tasks, and deadlines
• A proactive, "go-getter" attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
