Automotive Parts Advisor – Full-time $18-20/ hour

Assist customers and technicians in identifying and ordering the correct parts

Maintain and organize parts inventory for accuracy and efficiency

Process parts orders, returns, and warranties

Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers

Ensure timely delivery of parts to the service department

Prior experience in automotive parts or service (preferred)

Strong computer skills (experience with dealership systems is a plus)

A driven, customer‑first attitude

Proficient in inventory management, POS, and retail sales with strong customer service and communication skills

Experience in inventory control, cash handling, and using a cash register

Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, negotiation, and vehicle maintenance is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent
