Finance & Accounting Recruiter (Remote)

Kforce is seeking a Finance & Accounting Recruiter to support ongoing, sequential growth in our New York market. Identifying, engaging, and placing top Finance & Accounting talent. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced staffing agency environment, is motivated by performance-based goals, and enjoys building long-term candidate relationships. This recruiter will partner with our award-winning sales team.

This is a hybrid role , requiring regular in-office collaboration on Mondays and Wednesdays while maintaining flexibility to work remotely. The office is located in Penn Plaza.

Maintain and continuously develop a strong pipeline of qualified Finance & Accounting candidates for current and future openings

Conduct candidate interviews via phone, video, and in-person

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Meet and exceed weekly activity quotas related to outbound calls, emails, and candidate outreach

Partner closely with sales and account teams to understand hiring needs and market demands

Must have proven Finance & Accounting recruiting experience

Must have experience working in a staffing agency environment

Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruiting and multiple priorities simultaneously

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance quotas and activity metrics

Passion for recruiting and relationship-building

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
