Regularly Scheduled Hours: Continental Shift C is rotating Day Shift (5:30 am - 6:00 pm) in two week cycles, 48 hours the first week and 36 hours the following week

#APCOM's facility in Franklin, Tennessee, is a climate controlled facility that manufactures electric thermostats, pipe nipples, dip tubes, elements, and burner assemblies. The Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician Shift C will perform preventative, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on industrial equipment with a strong emphasis on, but not limited to electrical controls and systems.

Respond to production work orders regarding troubleshoot, repair and maintain a wide variety of manufacturing & facility equipment which includes fabrication, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, PLC and robotic processes.
Assist Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians on any electrical control, motion control, Vision Camera, robotic and PLC equipment
Primary PM focus on electrical cabinets, PLC/Robot/Drive Backups
Become familiar with APCOM’s product specifications and the quality standards, including assisting in the development and upkeep of operating procedures for process and equipment, reviewing each line for quality, and working with the Quality department to train employees to identify quality problems.
High School Diploma or GED required, Journeyman or similar related certification or degree preferred
Must possess a complete set of maintenance tools
Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, PLC’s and robotics
SAP experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as steel-toe shoes/boots, ear and eye protection.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and with assistance
