Title: Product Manager
Location: Richfield, MN (Hybrid)/ Open to Remote
Duration: 6 months contract
Tell us about your department:
. Customer Account and Identity (CAI Team)
• Manage customer identity, Account and Account Management experiences for customers and employees.
o Front-end and back-end development as well as database creation and management
o Customer Facing experiences for Account Management, Account Sign-In and Account Creation.

Project Description:
General Associate Product Management responsibilities for a product team including:

Backlog management
Epic and User Story creation
Requirements gathering and business to technical translation for the development team
Building business cases
Quantitative and qualitative data gathering and analysis
Inter-team communication
External team communications and status reporting.

Skills Overview:

Requirements gathering/creation
Internal and external communication skills
bility to collect and analyze data
Storytelling: being able to explain the 'why' in the work we do
Project Management skills

Experience
