Immigration Law Attorneys

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Immigration Associate Attorney. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney seeking to build a strong foundation in employment-based immigration law while gaining direct client exposure and meaningful responsibility in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Handle a variety of employment-based immigration matters, including:

H-1B petitions

TN applications

O and P visa renewals

Prepare and manage petitions from initiation through filing and adjudication.

Conduct legal research and analyze immigration laws and regulations.

Draft petitions, support letters, legal memoranda, and client communications.

Advise corporate clients and foreign nationals regarding immigration processes and case strategy.

Work closely with experienced immigration attorneys on complex matters and client counseling.

Qualifications

JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Active admission to any U.S. State Bar.

2-5 years of employment-based immigration experience preferred.

Experience handling H-1B, TN, O, P, and E-2 visa matters.

Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Outstanding communication and client-service abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
