Join a team that values professionalism, collaboration, innovation, and delivering high-quality solutions to customers.Project Manager Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers to increase sales opportunities and customer loyaltyGenerate new business through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building effortsAccurately estimate commercial projects and prepare competitive proposalsManage projects from initial planning through final completion, ensuring customer satisfaction, quality standards, and timely deliveryCollaborate with the sales team to establish regional sales goals and strategiesTrack and forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectivesCreate and implement short-term and long-term plans to support regional growth and profitabilityMonitor project expenses and ensure costs align with budget expectationsMaintain regular communication with clients, sales representatives, and internal departmentsIdentify market trends, industry developments, and opportunities to improve sales performanceImplement effective sales strategies and techniques to increase revenueParticipate in sales meetings, trade shows, and customer-facing events as neededMaintain professionalism, strong communication, and a positive representation of the organizationPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assignedProject Manager Requirements:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferredMinimum of 3-5 years of proven internal or external sales experience requiredPrevious experience managing projects, estimating, or working within a manufacturing or commercial construction environment required.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.Demonstrated ability to establish, meet, and exceed sales goals required.Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout an office, manufacturing facility, and customer job sites as neededAbility to travel within the assigned region to meet with customers, sales representatives, and attend industry eventsAbility to use a computer and other standard office equipment for extended periodsAbility to occasionally lift and carry materials or equipment up to 25 poundsAbility to maintain focus and manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong project management, organizational, and time management abilitiesExcellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to build productive customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfactionAbility to analyze performance metrics and develop strategies to achieve sales goalsAbility to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a teamFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong sales aptitude with the ability to influence, negotiate, and close opportunitiesIND061 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
