Community Bank in Western IL is seeking a Commercial and Ag Lender to grow their business in the market.
Must have community bank mindset.
Must be a client-driven banker.
Actively participates in community events and networking functions.
Oversees cash management and works closely with the Business Banking Officer to develop and meet sales goals for commercial deposits.
Strong credit analysis and underwriting skills.
College Degree and 3 years experience in Commercial and Ag Lending.
Reports to the Bank President.
