Description: Join our Critical Care Float Pool for weekend night shifts with flexibility to meet unit needs as they arise. Nurses will float to a variety of ICUs based on staffing and patient acuity. Required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity. Proficiency with EPIC is necessary. Experience in IV start, telemetry, and ventilator management is essential. Nurses must have the ability to care for patients with various critical conditions. This role may require performing a variety of critical care procedures. Candidates should be prepared to meet the demanding needs of the ICU environment.
