Full Time Greeter

Position Summary: The Greeter is responsible for welcoming all patients, guests, vendors, staff and any other individual to our facility and directing them to the appropriate area of the building. The Greeter is both the first and the last visible point of contact Florida Orthopaedic Institute has with its patients requiring excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications: Completion of a High School degree, experience in a medical office setting with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, organized and multi-tasked.

To prepare and obtain reports and documents which are essential in performing the job function of the Greeter.

Formally and professionally, welcome all patients, guests, vendors, staff and any other individuals to our facility.

Receive deliveries/ mail and route to recipients per policy.

Assist patients in obtaining their requested medical records and/or films by directing them to complete the appropriate form or by directing them to the proper extension using the lobby phone.

Assist other departments when needed with extra work.
