The ideal candidate will have excellent legal research and writing skills and attention to detail, will bring a creative approach to conflict resolution and litigation strategy, and have a strong desire to take and defend depositions, handle court appearances and motions arguments, and try cases.

Assist with commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.

Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice to clients.

Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.

Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases, gaining valuable insights and experience.
