Registered Nurse (RN) ICU/Telemetry (Night Shift)

Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse Adult Cardiac Medical ICU

Schedule: - Shift: 3 x 12-hour night shifts - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend required

Requirements: - Minimum 2 years ICU experience required - EPIC experience required - Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (AHA certifications only)

Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the cardiac medical ICU. - Monitor and assess patient conditions, utilizing hemodynamic data and telemetry. - Manage ventilators, vasoactive/inotropic drips, and perform central line care. - Administer medications and blood products, ensuring compliance with protocols. - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes. - Document all patient care activities accurately using the EPIC charting system.

Compliance / Notes: - Orientation: 36 hours - Fingerprinting: Strict compliance deadline required after contract signing - Vaccination: Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
