Job Summary Printpack is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Manager, Human Resources . This position will be located in Rhinelander, WI and will report to the HR Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities Serve as a safety champion by assisting with Environmental, Health and Safety programs and compliance.
Implement and maintain Human Resources processes including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Associate Relations, Training & Development, Leadership Development, Benefits and salary administration.
Oversee compliance with Printpack and Human Resources policies/procedures and all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Act as a liaison to the community and community resources.
Support the Human Resources needs of associates.
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to the Plant Leadership Team.
Self‑starter with the ability to independently prioritize the plant and HR function needs.
Minimum Qualifications Previous HR generalist experience.
Previous experience with Workday desired, but not required.
