Law - Paralegal
LHH
LHH is partnering with a nationally recognized healthcare organization to hire a Paralegal I to support its Business Arrangements & Transactions team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career paralegal looking to build experience in contracts, healthcare transactions, and legal operations within a collaborative, fast-paced legal department.
Draft, review, and revise contracts, amendments, and related legal documents
Manage agreements through the full contract lifecycle, from intake to execution and closeout
Prepare legal correspondence, notices, and contract extensions
Maintain accurate contract records and support a high-volume contracting environment
Paralegal Certificate required
Associate's Degree required (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
At least 1 year of paralegal experience
Contract drafting or contract administration experience is preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
