Job Description/ Responsibilities Position Summary Seeking a hands-on GCP Architect with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform and Terraform to support a strategic New York Life initiative.

The ideal candidate will provide GCP technical leadership, build and automate cloud infrastructure, and apply cloud security best practices while being mentored on advanced security controls by the client team.

GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine)

CI/CD Pipelines (Harness or equivalent)

Secondary Technical Skills GCP Security Services (IAM, Cloud Armor, KMS, Secret Manager)

Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.

Support GKE deployments and Kubernetes platform operations.

Integrate cloud infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.

Apply cloud security best practices across identity, networking, secrets management, and data protection.

Experience 5+ years of cloud engineering experience.

Strong Terraform implementation experience.

Experience with Kubernetes, automation, and modern DevOps practices.

Working knowledge of cloud security concepts and controls.
